We gladly accept returns for items with quality issues. For other situations, we offer exchanges for another item to ensure your satisfaction.
Eligibility for Returns
- If you experience quality issues with your jewelry, please reach out to us at info@jnoejewelry.com, within 14 days of receiving your order.
- We will send you a return shipping label, and provide instructions on how and where to return your item. The cost of return shipping will be covered by us.
- Once we receive your returned item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or provide a replacement, based on your preference.
- Returned items must be unworn, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Exchanges
- If you wish to exchange your item for a different product, please reach out to us at info@jnoejewelry.com, within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unworn, in original condition, and returned with original packaging and proof of purchase.
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, as well as the shipping fee for the replacement item. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds or exchanges for the following items.
• Custom-made or personalized jewelry
• Sales items
• Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
• Gift cards
