Orders are process within 2-3 business days. During peak seasons or new collection launches, processing may take up to 5 business days.

Estimated Delivery Time

• Canada: 3-7 business days
• United States: 5-10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on postal delays or customs processing.

Customs Duties and Taxes

Orders shipped outside Canada may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

JNOE Jewelry is not responsible for customs delays or unpaid duties. If a parcel is returned to us due to unpaid duties or incorrect shipping information, reshipping fees will apply.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $149 CAD (before taxes) within Canada and the United States. Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout when your order total meets the eligible amount.

Orders below this amount will be charged a flat shipping rate, which will be calculated at checkout.
