Shipping and Duties Policy

At JNOE Jewelry, every order is handled with attention and care to ensure your jewelry arrives safely and well packaged. We currently offer shipping within Canada and the United States.

Processing Time

Orders are process within 2-3 business days. During peak seasons or new collection launches, processing may take up to 5 business days.

Estimated Delivery Time

• Canada: 3-7 business days
• United States: 5-10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on postal delays or customs processing.

Customs Duties and Taxes

Most of our orders shipped to the United States will be duty free. However, customs authorities reserve the right to assess duties or taxes in rare circumstances.

Should this occur, we kindly ask you to pay the required amount and provide us with the receipt of your payment. Upon receiving proof of payment, we will promptly process a refund for the customs duties and taxes you paid. 

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $99 (before taxes) within Canada and the United States. Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout when your order total meets the eligible amount.

Orders below this amount will be charged a flat shipping rate, which will be calculated at checkout.
